What is the full NATO phonetic alphabet?

Are the numbers included in the chart?
Yes. Alongside the letters, ICAO defines spoken forms for the digits, several of which differ from ordinary English so they survive a noisy channel: 3 is Tree, 4 is Fower, 5 is Fife and 9 is Niner, while the rest are close to normal (Zero, One, Two, Six, Seven, Eight). The converter handles digits as well as letters.
